V. Grishkovets were denied,” the Ostankino Court of Moscow clarified.
In June this year, Zemfira filed a lawsuit for protection dignity and honor. In her opinion, Grishkovets' statements “were defamatory” and also negatively affected her reputation. She demanded to recognize the author's words as untrue and oblige him to refute them.
Initially, the singer filed this claim with the Central District Court of Kaliningrad. However, the application was returned due to the lack of jurisdiction of this court.
