He demanded 500 thousand rubles for his services. The suspect did not want to receive money personally and asked his acquaintance, an agent of funeral services, to go to a meeting.
On the same day, the woman received a bribe, but did not manage to hand it over to the director, because she was detained by officers of the Investigative Committee, the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia … Then the head of the administration himself was detained.
A criminal case was initiated under part 3 of Article 30, paragraph “c” of Part 5 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Attempt to receive a bribe on a large scale”).
