She added that 680 thousand Muscovites were re-vaccinated. In addition, among people over 60 years of age, 1.4 million people have been vaccinated with at least one component of the vaccine.

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova also reported on the high level of collective immunity to COVID-19 in Moscow. In addition to the capital, the level of immunity is higher than 72 percent in Chukotka, Tuva, Karelia, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, she added.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that over the past week in the capital, the situation with coronavirus has stabilized. The mayor added that due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation, planned assistance to citizens will begin to be provided in two more COVID hospitals.
