The political scientist Alexei Kochetkov commented on the plans for the IMF to provide Ukraine the next tranche. As stated in the program “this morning” on TV channel “the Star” the President of Fund of development of civil society institutions “public diplomacy”, the Square will eventually have to pay for the debts to the International monetary Fund territories.
In addition, the expert expressed confidence that the next tranche will not go to the intended target and end up in the pockets of the oligarchs.
“So he’s not going the intended target. It’s a business. The oligarchs are now all primary business is making loans. They consider them as personal profit. Well, pitched there for seven to eight parts, not the fact that these parts will be equal. And here it is already a profit. Take alone. And will give then the whole country, one more question, what will give, at best minerals, in the worst – just territories, it is not excluded,” – said Kochetkov.
He added that the IMF is beneficial to bind the people who make the decision on Ukraine.
“Who will be for them to return their debts? No. So this story will last as long as the state does not cease to exist,” added the analyst.
In early March, it was reported that the international monetary Fund and Kiev have agreed on the updating of the Memorandum on economic and financial policy and, consequently, obtaining by Ukraine a new tranche.
