Men-the Communists volunteered to erect a monument to the revolutionaries in Moscow

“Communists of Russia” proposed to establish in Moscow a monument to the women revolutionaries. The party will forward the appropriate address to the city administration right after International women’s day, reported on its website on Tuesday, March 7.

“It’s time to immortalize in bronze women revolutionary Clara Zetkin, Rosa Luxemburg, Nadezhda Krupskaya, Alexandra Kollontai, who devoted their lives to the struggle for social liberation of women, for the basis of this wonderful holiday — the 8th of March”, — said the leader of the party Maxim suraykin.

According to him, the sculpture depicting the four revolutionaries, will symbolize the unity of the Russian and international movement for women’s rights. Suraykin also added that the male half of the party is ready to participate in the installation of the monument.

On November 29 the “Communists of Russia” has suggested to name in honor of the leader of the Cuban revolution Fidel Castro the capital of the street or Park. The Communists also proposed to give the name of Castro XIX world festival of youth and students, which will be held in 2017 in Sochi.
