Court: the lawyers of the defendants in the case of the Listvyazhnaya accident appealed their arrest for 2 months 
the Listvyazhnaya mine in the Kemerovo region, where 51 people died due to the explosion, they appealed against the earlier court orders on their arrest for a period of two months. This was reported to TASS in the Central District Court of Kemerovo.
Appeals were filed by lawyers of the director of the mine, his deputy and the head of the site, as well as two employees of Rostekhnadzor. there are five people in the mine, in respect of them the Kemerovo District Court at the end of November elected a preventive measure in the form of detention. The director of the mine, Sergei Makhrakov, his deputy, Andrei Molostvov, and the head of the site, Sergei Gerasimenk, were charged with violating industrial safety requirements. Rostekhnadzor inspectors Vyacheslav Semykin and Sergey Vinokurov are accused of negligence during inspections of the enterprise.
The tragedy at the Listvyazhnaya mine in the Kemerovo Region took place on the morning of November 25. The methane explosion killed 51 people, including five mine rescuers who went in search of miners. According to the latest information, 99 people were injured. On December 2, prospecting work was resumed at the mine, which were suspended due to the difficult gas situation.
