The department also does not recommend holding children’s New Year’s holidays in shopping and exhibition centers, and New Year’s corporate events – indoors.
“Exclude the holding of an animated New Year’s program for children in the foyers, corridors, halls of shopping and exhibition centers with contests and performances of artists,” the document says.
In addition, it is not recommended to hold New Year’s corporate events indoors. Also, the work of ice rinks with entrance tickets should be planned in such a way as to prevent a mass gathering of people there, at rental points and locker rooms, compliance with the mask regime and distancing should be monitored.
Rospotrebnadzor recommends allowing only vaccinated or COVID-19 adults to attend children’s New Year’s events with a population of more than 200 people.
It is also recommended to fill the spectator seats by no more than 50% of the room area.
“New Year’s events for children in closed rooms with more than 200 people present should be held only in the form of performances /performances from the price / arena with spectator seats under the conditions: filling of spectator seats no more than 50% of the design capacity of the venue; admission to events of staff, artists, animators, volunteers and accompanying children if there is information about completed vaccination against COVID-19 or a disease suffered over the past 6 months,” the document says.
