The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill prohibiting working in a taxi with a criminal record with a conviction for grave and especially grave crimes, it is prohibited to work in a taxi. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the document, the ban applies to the employment of drivers of public transport and taxis. The restrictions will apply to drivers of buses, trams, trolley buses who have an outstanding criminal record for crimes against public safety.
