The authorities of Stavropol are introducing QR codes to visit public places, which include cinemas, museums and catering establishments. The corresponding decree was signed by the Governor Vladimir Vladimirov, it is published on the website of the regional government.
According to the document, without a digital document in the Russian region it is also impossible to visit exhibition halls, sports events and zoos. In addition, the QR code will need to be presented to parents who want to attend the children's New Year holidays.
