A US Army electronic reconnaissance aircraft was spotted over the Black Sea near the Crimea. This is reported by the monitoring resource PlaneRadar on Twitter.

According to the resource, we are talking about a Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft, tail number N488CR, callsign BRIO68. It is noted that he took off from the airport of the Romanian city of Constanta named after Mikhail Kogalniceanu. At 9:50 am Moscow time, the plane was spotted near the Crimean peninsula.

On December 3, it was reported that Russian Su-27 and Su-30 fighters were flying over the Black Sea to prevent US reconnaissance aircraft from violating Russian borders. Then the airspace control facilities discovered that the American strategic reconnaissance aircraft RC-135 of the US Air Force and the CL-600 Artemis reconnaissance and targeting aircraft were approaching the Russian border.
