Negotiations via video link began at 18:08 Moscow time. Before the meeting, at 17:30, the dollar was worth 74.45 rubles. Then the currency stopped growing, abruptly went down and by the time of writing the news is trading at the level of 74 rubles. At the moment, the dollar dropped to 73.87 rubles. The euro also began to fall in price before the meeting of the presidents – at 17:30 its price was 83.7 rubles, and now it has dropped to 83.18 rubles.
