Russian regions have different opinions on draft laws on the introduction QR codes for visiting public places is a workflow, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, answering a question whether the fact that they avoided discussing these bills testifies to the “hidden protest” of some regional parliaments. The day before The Petersburg Politics Foundation conducted a study that showed that in 11 Russian regions, the authorities declined to discuss projects on the introduction of QR codes for visiting public places and some types of transport.
