A district deputy from the Krasnodar Territory attacked a local activist
Activist Ilya Chupin accused Alexander Mamonov, a deputy of the Dinsky District Council of the Krasnodar Territory, of the attack. Chupin published a video with a conflict on his Youtube channel.
