The monument to the doctor and the child in Khabarovsk was compared with the “Alenka” from Voronezh 
child. They discussed the appearance of the monument on social networks, reports Komsomolskaya Pravda.
According to the newspaper, the object appeared in a park on Dyachenko Lane. He represents the figure of a woman in a medical gown and a stethoscope around her neck. With one hand she rests on the bench, and with the other she holds the girl in overalls. The Russians criticized the monument, noting that such objects can be used to scare away birds. The monument was also compared with the famous sculpture “Alenka” from Voronezh.
The installation of the sculpture in a conversation with RIA Novosti was commented on by representatives of the city administration. According to the authorities, the monument appeared in a park under construction, and the work is being carried out within the framework of a municipal-private partnership. The investor spent more than 30 million rubles on the project.
Earlier in Crimea, a fountain made in the form of a girl in a short top and shorts standing under an umbrella was criticized. Residents of Sevastopol called the object squalor and compared it with a dummy. The authorities said they did not agree on the appearance of the monument, and promised to check the installation of the site.
