The European Commission stressed that the EU member states should continue to implement a joint strategy to restrict entry into their territory to prevent an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. The association was advised to revise its restrictive measures on a daily basis, taking into account the epidemiological situation.
Earlier, a doctor from the Republic of South Africa Unben Pillay listed the main symptoms that appear when infected with the omicron strain of coronavirus. “We have seen patients with flu symptoms, dry cough, fever, night sweats and body aches,” he revealed. According to him, at the moment the disease in patients is usually mild.
