State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov said that he had sent a feedback to the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov their bill on the registration of users in social networks on your passport and the prohibition of such registration for children up to 14 years.

The MP said that the draft law establishing unified rules of regulation of social networks, as well as fighting the impunity of anonymity, of course, needs to be supplemented and clarified several definitions.

“The nature of this document says that for its harmonic improvement is necessary to enlist the support of competent and professional organization, daily experiencing the negative and dangerous manifestations on the Internet. Furthermore, the FSB could also complete the document next to paragraphs and paragraphs that could be taken into account in the process of writing the project”, — said the MP.
