“I decided to send it for examination to the head of the FSB,” — said RIA Novosti, Milonov, adding that when a positive evaluation intends again to bring the document to the state Duma.
The MP said that the draft law establishing unified rules of regulation of social networks, as well as fighting the impunity of anonymity, of course, needs to be supplemented and clarified several definitions.
“The nature of this document says that for its harmonic improvement is necessary to enlist the support of competent and professional organization, daily experiencing the negative and dangerous manifestations on the Internet. Furthermore, the FSB could also complete the document next to paragraphs and paragraphs that could be taken into account in the process of writing the project”, — said the MP.
