Moscow has begun to develop a response to U.S. sanctions, Ryabkov said

Moscow begins to develop a response after the next extension of Washington’s sanctions list against Russia, said RIA Novosti Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

“We (the U.S. action) sorry. And it is with this feeling once again missed opportunities to move towards the improvement of our bilateral relations proceed to the elaboration of our response,” Ryabkov said.

On Tuesday, the US Treasury imposed sanctions on 38 individuals and organizations, including Deputy Minister of economic development Sergey Nazarov, in connection with the situation around Ukraine, as well as against six banks for their activities in the Crimea.

As previously stated RIA Novosti the first Deputy head of the international Committee of the Federation Council Vladimir Jabbarov, Russia will analyze the extension of the US Treasury sanctions, counter-measures can be taken after the meeting of the G20.
