Russia has refused to consultations with Washington to normalize relations

Moscow will not hold bilateral consultations with Washington on the problems in relations after the expansion of us sanctions. This is stated in the comments of the Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov, published on the website of the foreign Ministry on Wednesday, June 21.
