In Omsk the man killed a passerby, which were politely asked him to light a cigarette. This was reported on the website of the regional investigative Department of the investigative Committee.
The crime was committed on the night of June 17. “The victim on the street asked previously unfamiliar young man to light, but the boy thought the man asked politely enough, this young man beat up a passerby, and then trying to help the victim, 25-year-old suspect called an ambulance”, — stated in the message. Arriving medics were unable to save the life of the victim.
Criminal case as regards 4 articles 111 of the criminal code (“Deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, entailed on imprudence death of the victim”). The suspect, previously convicted for theft and robbery, was detained.
In Barnaul (Altai Krai) the man killed a bus passenger who refused to give up her seat to the old woman. The defendant twice punched the victim in the face, he later died from closed cranial-a brain trauma.
