The question of military support during searches and other investigative actions in each case is considered individually, but the business needs to conduct normal economic activity, said RIA Novosti Deputy Minister of internal Affairs of Russia Igor Zubov.
Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin during a “straight line” stated that it sees no need for the power support of the seizure of documents in the “Gogol-center” and called ridiculous her presence during the searches in the theatre or in the accounting Department.
“In the abstract it makes no sense to talk to: we need to talk about each case. Where necessary, there must be (power support), where it is not necessary — it should not be. The President said this very clearly: there can be no ambiguities. We will draw conclusions from what the President said,” said the Teeth, answering the question of whether to reduce power and support in the conduct of investigative activities.
The Deputy Minister reminded that the request power support for events such as searches, is entirely a question of the investigative bodies of the interior Ministry and especially the UK.
“Who among us gives military support? Regardie. Asks who? The investigating authorities, not only in the structure of the Ministry of interior, but primarily the Investigation Committee. The investigator knows better. Need power support or not is a matter of investigation, and should be considered from different points of view, especially from the point of view of the instructions of the country’s leadership not to interfere with the business to conduct normal economic activity,” he said.
In may at the Metropolitan theater “Gogol-center” and the home of its artistic Director Serebrennikov were searched in the case of embezzlement of public funds. According to the UK, persons from among the leadership of the nonprofit organization “the Seventh Studio”, the founder of which was pieces of silver in 2011-2014 stole about 200 million rubles allocated by the state for the development and promotion of art.
