It is not necessary to strive for absolute power and “to be king”, the main thing — correctly to dispose of those powers that are already there, said Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with the American Director Oliver stone.
“You have full power. They say you want to be king,” — throws a replica of the stone, to which Putin retorted: “the Question is, to dispose of at least the power that you have. Dispose of properly”.
