The leader of the Moscow branch of the party “Yabloko” Sergei Mitrokhin told RIA Novosti that he was released from OMVD on the Tver area where the policy was taken for participation in illegal protests against the renovation of the building of the state Duma.

Mitrokhin called to court, where on June 29 will be considered the administrative case on violation of the rules of holding public events. “What I certainly do not agree, because no rules we didn’t break, a single picket does not require any notification,” — said the Agency interlocutor.

Earlier it was reported that in addition to Mitrokhin, near the state Duma detained the head of a public reception of branch of the “Yabloko”, Moscow Anton Antonov-Ovseenko. The spontaneous rally of opponents of the renovation was attended by about 80 people.

On Friday, June 9, the state Duma adopted the bill on the renovation of the housing stock in Moscow in the second reading. The third and final review of the document is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14.
