Anders Breivik changed his name
Terrorist Anders Breivik, who organized the double attack in Norway on 22 July 2011, officially changed the name, the newspaper Verdens Gang.
According to the publication, currently in the state register of the population, he was listed under the name of Thorolf Hansen.
Representing the interests of the prisoner to the lawyer øystein Storvik confirmed to the newspaper that he actually changed the name.
Thus the lawyer could not say exactly when or why it was done.
“I can only say that he really did it… We learned about it quite recently,” — said the lawyer.
Previously, the Supreme court of Norway declined to consider the appeal of Anders Breivik about the recognition of the violations of his rights in prison. After it became known that the terrorist intends to apply to the European court of human rights (ECHR).
