Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the leaders of Europe do not include it among the European leaders.
“I do not belong to the European leaders… In any case, they do not think so,” said Putin at plenary meeting within the framework of SPIEF.
So the Russian leader responded to the request of the American TV presenter Magin Kelly, moderated the discussion at the SPIEF. Kelly invited Putin to comment on the decision of the President of the United States Donald trump out of the Paris climate agreement. European leaders, as noted by Kelly, quickly responded to the relevant decision of the American President.
Putin then explained how the presenter is familiar with the subject. “You read these Paris agreement? No, not read, I see,” said the President of the Russian Federation.
