Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in St. Petersburg he dumped a load off. During the presentation of writer Daniel Granin State prize for outstanding achievements in humanitarian activities, reports “Interfax”, the audience asked Putin whether he is in St. Petersburg. “Okay. In Saint Petersburg, Putin arrived in for the XXI St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2017), the main events which took place from 1 to 3 June. It was reported that on 2 June the President opened the plenary session of SPIEF with a joke: participants who welcomed him, he commanded “at ease!”
