In the new academic year in schools will begin to teach the foundations of cyber security
S.-PETERSBURG, 2 Jun — RIA Novosti. The basics of cyber security will begin to teach in Russian schools already 2017, said in an interview with RIA Novosti SPIEF-2017 Minister of education and science Olga Vasilyeva.
Earlier, the Minister said that the basics of cyber security will teach students and teachers, appropriate programs will be developed by the Ministry of education. According to her, to talk to pupils about the standard of primary education and in science lessons, social science, law, life safety, as well as in extracurricular activities.
“This year,” said Vasilyev, answering the question of when a module on the fundamentals of cybersecurity will be included in the school curriculum.
According to the Minister, the Agency is also preparing the appropriate program for professional development for teachers.
