MOSCOW, June 1. /TASS/. Major General MIA Alexei Laushkin gave a bribe of $800 thousand from the restaurateur Copper Dossa FSB Colonel Dmitry Senio.
This was stated in the Basmanny court of Moscow accused of receiving bribes, the former Deputy head of the “T” of the Main Directorate of economic security and counteraction of corruption of MIA of Russia, Colonel Dmitry Zakharchenko, the correspondent of TASS.
“According to investigators, Senin was in charge of my relationship with General Lukinym. In the case materials there is evidence that Laushkin admitted that he was negotiating regarding the bribe of 800 thousand dollars from restaurateur Copper Dussa, from whom he took the money and gave Senina,” — said Zakharchenko. According to him, the money was transferred Senino for General support. The Colonel also noted that “with Lukinym was not acquainted”.
An ex-police officer also said that from 1 December 2013 to 1 December 2014, was head of Department, who oversaw the field of aquaculture and fisheries.

The source suggested that the case against Zakharchenko, his detention and subsequent arrest related to the theft of 26 billion rubles from Nota-Bank, and part of the money was discovered during the search of a senior police officer.
Zakharchenko is accused of abuse of power, obstruction of justice and manufacture of preliminary investigation, and also in receiving bribes in three episodes.

As it turned out, the facilitators of bribery were also high-ranking law enforcement officers — the General-the major of police Alexey Laushkin and FSB Colonel Dmitry Senin, a relative Zakharchenko.
In addition, the Colonel of the Ministry of interior is charged with receiving a bribe in 3,5 million roubles from the same restaurateur, who gave him a discount on that amount. According to the lawyer, the discount card was issued on Laushkin. Zakharchenko also accused of receiving a bribe of 7 million “for General support” from Anatoly Prigornitskaya, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company “Rusinzhiniring”.
