As explained in an interview with “Tape.ru” one of the authors of the initiative the Deputy Andrei Svintsov, an exception can be made for “unique specialists”. “In General, we believe that 65 is a great age to enjoy your grandchildren, gardens and all the rest. In addition, the bill assumes that within three years after the entry into force of the act, the heads of the over 65 “will be able to prepare a successor and quietly to transfer,” said the Deputy.
