Male 32 years old was arrested in March. Him accused that in response to a request to produce documents, he showed the police someone else’s identification card belonging to another person, who left the UAE seven months ago.
The court of first instance in Dubai found the Russian guilty of false information to the police.
The defendant pleaded guilty. He said that he resided illegally in the UAE since 2004. According to the newspaper, the Russians will be deported from the country after serving his sentence.
