Peskov told about assistance in the issuance of passports Bulk

MOSCOW, may 7 — RIA Novosti. Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, commenting on media reports about the alleged treatment of opposition leader Alexei Navalny for assistance to the Kremlin to obtain passports, said that this issue is not within the competence of the Kremlin administration.

“We don’t issue passports” — he said RIA Novosti.

The newspaper “Moscow Komsomolets” reported on Sunday that the Bulk flew over the border and heading to Barcelona. Thus, according to MK, the opposition leader allegedly sent a letter to the leadership of the presidential administration with the request to assist in obtaining them passports.

Twice suspended conviction to imprisonment Navalny was given a passport, as reported on its website. The opposition leader plans to go abroad for the treatment of corneal burns, which he received in the attack in Moscow in late April, when unknown persons doused it with green paint.

The inspector of the Federal penitentiary service has previously warned Navalny through his counsel about the impossibility to travel abroad. However, later acting head of the press service of the Moscow city court Cyril grouse told RIA Novosti that the sentence Navalny in the case of the theft of more than 26 million rubles from the company “Yves Rocher” contains no direct prohibitions for convicted person to travel abroad.
