Zhirinovsky ready to send deputies from the liberal democratic party in North Korea

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky is ready to send state Duma deputies from his faction in North Korea. He stated this on Tuesday, April 18, reports “Interfax”.

“Please convey to the DPRK leadership our deepest feelings of solidarity, we are with you in these days. If necessary, the deputies of the LDPR faction will arrive in Pyongyang and will be there with the people of the DPRK,” he said at a meeting with the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the Republic in Russia Zin Jong the Hep.

Zhirinovsky stressed that Washington was afraid of the determination of Pyongyang to fight back in case of military aggression. DPRK authorities show that the “stronger than the spirit of the United States,” he added.

The leader of the liberal Democrats also said that he would raise the issue of providing North Korea with humanitarian aid during the speech of the Chairman of Russian government Dmitry Medvedev in the state Duma on Wednesday, April 19.

A day earlier, Zhirinovsky expressed the view that Washington had the potential to strike the Eastern part of Russia.

On 17 April, the permanent representative of the DPRK to the UN Kim Il Ryong said that the United States has created in the Korean Peninsula situation, “in which nuclear war could begin at any moment.” On the same day, Vice-President Michael Pence and the acting President of South Korea Hwang Kyo-Ahn has promised to take “punitive measures” in response to new provocations from Pyongyang. On 16 April it became known that North Korean authorities tried to test the new missile.
