Educators need to assign the status of civil servant. This opinion was expressed by the Deputy of the state Duma, member of the Committee on education and science Sergei Bozhenov. His words leads TASS on Thursday, April 6.
“The teacher needs to be a public servant,” — said Bozhenov at the Committee meeting. In his opinion, this would help solve the problem of low salaries of teachers.
Bozhenov stressed that it is impossible to tie a teacher’s salary to the economy of the region. “I to this question came back,” he concluded.
7 March of the Russian popular front (onf) published the results of a study according to which the low income of teachers recorded in Ingushetia, Dagestan, and the Republic of Mari El.
