Ildar Dayprocardia: Dading Detainee will be interrogated as a witness in a criminal case
Activist Ildar Dading again detained in Moscow during carrying out of single picket. This was reported by TASS on Sunday, April 2, his lawyer Ksenia Kostromina.

On 15 March it was reported that the Dading filed in the Zamoskvoretsky investigation Department of the investigative Committee a statement on the police officers who arrested him during a single picket on March 10. He spent his near the building of the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN) in turn with the opposition leader Lev Ponomarev. The activist was detained from-for absence of the passport and released after identification.
Serving a sentence for multiple violations at rallies Dading was released on February 26. The conviction was overturned by the Supreme court, the decision was revised on the orders of the constitutional court.
In December 2015, the activist was sentenced to three years in a penal colony on charges of participation in uncoordinated protests in Moscow. In March 2016 the term of imprisonment reduced by six months.
