A resident of the city of Kansk of Krasnoyarsk region, in cafes drinking alcohol, out of boredom, came up with the story of the robbery, called the police and reported their signs in as the attacker. This is stated on the official website of the local Moi.
According to police, they were contacted by a man who reported that near the cafe in one of the districts of the city, was robbed. An eyewitness has described signs of the malefactor and victim data.
Arriving at the location of the call, police discovered the victim, and the applicant’s telephone was not available. In hot pursuit were detained a young man born in 1982, approaching the signs on the attacker. The audit revealed that in the police about the robbery told the detainee.
