USA as a non-system player of international politics is the worst thing you can imagine, told RIA Novosti on Saturday, the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on defense and security Franz Klintsevich, commenting on the words of U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson about the possible emergence of Japan and South Korea of nuclear weapons.

Earlier, Tillerson said that does not preclude future decisions that may lead to the appearance of nuclear weapons in South Korea and Japan to curb the nuclear programs of the DPRK.

Klintsevich noted that while he refused to blame the United States in non-systemic actions, however, “the first call has already sounded”. “We need to see the tremendous difference. The DPRK, which plays by its own rules, is, of course, our common headache, and it is necessary to search for a cure. USA as a non-system player – the worst thing you can imagine,” the MP concluded.

“I do not admit that the US indeed consider the possibility of the emergence of nuclear weapons in South Korea and Japan. However, the statement Rex Tillerson alarming,” said the Senator.

According to him, first of all, it is unclear to whom it is addressed. “If North Korea, then this country due to the nature of its internal structure has long been not afraid of anything. I do not rule out that after the statement, Pyongyang will launch another ballistic missile,” — said Klintsevich. If the Secretary of state as the addressee was referring to Russia or China, “it leads to more serious reflection”, said the politician.

“The main danger that today threatens us, humanity, is in strikethrough albeit imperfect, but recognized by all major powers principles of modern world order,” — said Klintsevich.
