Co-founder of the party “Yabloko” Grigory Yavlinsky announced the main points of his presidential campaign. Its main theme is “respect for people”, reports RIA Novosti.
“Today, we will discuss the necessary (…). The person should be property”, — the politician said, speaking at the Federal Council of the party.
In particular, Yavlinsky proposes to implement the strategy of “Land — Houses — Roads”, the essence of which is the free distribution to people over 30-60 acres of land for construction of family houses. In addition, it considers necessary to bring the road sections and create communication at the expense of the state.
The program allows you to pay from the budget two-thirds the cost of building a standard home. According to him, the strategy should be implemented for seven years — during which time about 14 million families will be able to own the house and land.
“We live in a country, which is 11.41 percent of the earth’s land area. In this case, the housing built up around one percent of the country,” stated Yavlinsky, stressing that the introduction of land will improve the economic situation. According to him, investment in construction will create new enterprises capable of ensuring economic growth and at least five million new jobs during the first two years of implementation of the strategy.
Regular elections of the President of Russia will be held in 2018. By law, the elected President will hold office for six years. The current leader of the country Vladimir Putin has the right to run, however, until he announced his intention to participate. But such plans have the leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky and the founder of the Fund of struggle against corruption Alexey Navalny.
