The child drowned in technical well the airfield near Moscow
Moscow. March 19. INTERFAX.RU IN Serpukhov near Moscow opened a criminal case into the death of eight-year-old child in a technical well at the airport Bolshoe Gryzlovo, said on Sunday “Interfax” the press service of the cupola of the TFR in the Moscow region.
“As established by the investigation, the victim, being without parental care on the territory of the airport Bolshoye Gryzlovo, lifted the lid of the maintenance shaft filled with water, whose surface was covered with ice, and then got inside the well, fell through the ice and drowned”, — explained in the TFR, noting that the incident occurred on Saturday.
In fact the incident a criminal case on signs of the crime provided by h. 2 art. 109 of the criminal code (causing death by negligence), entered into by the Investigation Committee.
