A group of deputies from the Communist party, LDPR and “Fair Russia” will be on Friday, March 17, to the state Duma a bill authorizing to spend the maternity capital for the purchase of new domestic cars. About it reports TASS.
According to the document, the manual can be used including for repayment of principal and interest on the loan. Thus acquired the car must not be sold for three years.
The explanatory note says that this variant of state will be able to use a family with adopted children, disabled children and large families. “These categories of families in need of additional measures of the state support more than others, and car purchase will allow them to simplify the process of raising a child (children)”, — the document says.
Also, according to the authors of the bill, its adoption will reduce the average age of the vehicle, which at the moment in Russia is 12 years 7 months. Fleet replacement will reduce mortality in road accidents, improve the environment, will promote the development of domestic tourism and mobility of citizens.
Now the prisoner can be spent on improving the housing conditions of the family pension to the mother, the child’s education, equipment housing means for children with disabilities, as well as the repayment of the mortgage. The programme is implemented in Russia since 2007, the Ministry of labor has proposed to extend its operation until 2023. Currently the allowance amounts to 453 thousand rubles. Payments are given to families who gave birth or adopted two or more children.
