The delegations of Russia and Ukraine have exchanged accusations at a meeting of the UN Security Council devoted to the problem of human trafficking in situations of armed conflict. Deputy head of the Ukrainian foreign Minister Sergey Kyslytsya tried to shift on Moscow responsibility for the situation in the Donbass, in response to what the Deputy permanent representative of Russia to the UN Eugene zagajnov blamed Kiev in a slave relationship to the residents of the Eastern regions of the country.
