ASTANA, March 15. /TASS/. Iran officially became a country – the guarantor of observance of the cessation of hostilities in Syria along with Russia and Turkey. This was announced by the head of the Russian delegation, special representative of the President on the Syrian settlement, Alexander Lavrentiev at a press conference in Astana.
