The head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko set to the contact line of the parties, the status of the state border.
“Set to the contact line, which is between Donetsk national Republic and Ukraine, the status of the state border”, — stated in the decree, published on the website of the Ministry of state security of DND.
As noted in the document, the intersection of the line of contact will be classified as illegal crossing of the state border of the DNI, consistent with article 378 of the criminal code DND.
