Oksana Sebastini, condemned for treason, was released

Oksana Sebastini, convicted on charges of treason after sending a friend in Georgia SMS with information about the movement of Russian military equipment, released from jail “Lefortovo”, reports TASS.


 


“The fact that she went out, we welcome. But we will continue the fight to get her acquitted. We hope that justice in this criminal case are not limited to pardon and be acquitted,” said lawyer Sewaside Evgeny Smirnov.


 


Earlier Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to pardon Oksana, Sebastini, sentenced 3 March 2016 Krasnodar regional court to seven years in prison.
