Adviser to trump spoke about the “window of opportunity” in relations with Russia

The White house does not believe that the “window of opportunity” in relations with Russia is closed. This was stated by the Deputy assistant to the President Donald trump on national security Michael Anton, reports TASS.

It is reported that the Republican administration trump in the US “remains committed to try to establish cooperation with Russia.”

“I think if there is a modality of cooperation that meets the interests, and our administration will be able to orderly work and consensus building of all stakeholders, I do not think that the window will be closed”, – he said.

According to him, “of course, the pressure from the media does not help” in the policymaking process, however, “does not prejudge its outcome”.

Earlier, the U.S. state Department said that Secretary of state Rex Tillerson and his team are studying the possibility “of moving forward on Syria” with Russia.
