Two Russians have admitted to the illegal export of technology from the US to Russia

Two Russians 33-year-old Dmitry Karpenko and 27-year-old Alex Krutilin in a us court pleaded guilty to the illegal export of technology from the USA to Russia, reports TASS.


 


“The defendants agreed to plead guilty on one charge. The court found that the statement on the guilty plea made knowingly, voluntarily and factually justified. The court takes this statement into consideration”, – is spoken in the materials of the case.


 


Reportedly, the measure of restraint for the Russians, who were arrested last year in Denver, will be elected on April 11. Karpenko and Krutilina charged with “conspiracy to acquire the latest technologically microelectronics from manufacturers and suppliers in the U.S. to export goods to Russia.”
