The Deputy of the State Duma Natalia Poklonskaya posted on his Twitter a photo of the gift presented to her on March 8. It was a book by American psychiatrist Mark Goulston on about the rules of conversations with inappropriate people (in the original header used obscene insults).

“I think someone doesn’t believe that I am surrounded by only good people,” commented the gift the Deputy.

Note that, according to the annotation of the book, its author Goulston has “extensive experience with unstable people (which allowed him to create a course of the negotiators for the FBI), and he knows that traditional methods of communicating and reasoning with them is not working.”

In the publication, in particular, technology offers protection against “everyday crazy”.
