Kemerovo region Governor Aman Tuleyev announced the introduction of additional days off for mothers state employees. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the decision of the Governor of Kuzbass women employed in the public sector and are raising minor children without losing wages not to go to work on the 1st of June (children’s Day) and September 1 (knowledge Day). According to him, this measure will enable women to carry out schoolchildren and pupils of kindergartens to school or on vacation.
“Sure, be our deliberate policy will benefit all, and above all, family, children. After all, nothing can replace a child and maternal care, affection, attention. But by and large, all of society benefits, because the more time you take to educate their children, the less we have juvenile delinquency, drug abuse, alcoholism, child neglect,” said Tuleyev in the festive telepathine in honor of International women’s day.
The Governor also noted that in 2017 Kuzbass managed to keep all regional privileges for women, in particular, benefits for housing, recreation and treatment of children.
