Kiev “merges” in the international court of justice all correspondence with Moscow

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine has decided to transfer to the international court of justice all diplomatic notes, which were transferred to Moscow since the beginning of the conflict in the Donbass. About it reports “Ukrainian truth”, referring to one of participants of the Ukrainian delegation to the court of Bogdan Kriklivenko.

According to him, the Russian representative, Ilya Rogachev allegedly claims that Ukraine gave Russia the specific facts of violations. “He said that every document contained only General things. However, he has not provided the court all documents of diplomatic correspondence”, – explained his position Kriklivenko.

He also added that the Ukrainian side is not planning to fill up the court so many documents, but now intends to submit to the court without exception notes.

We will remind, earlier Moscow has informed the court that in the summer of 2014 in the Donbass were 17 “Bukov” armed forces of Ukraine.
