Rosobrnadzor suspended the licenses of four universities

MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. Rosobrnadzor last week suspended the licenses of four universities, reported in a press-service of Rosobrnadzor.

The list of these universities entered Borisoglebskiy branch of Institute of management, marketing and Finance, Samara Institute of business and management, Institute of technology of tourism, Industrial Institute.

In addition, the results of the inspections are completely deprived of the state accreditation of branches of the Saint Petersburg Institute of foreign economic relations, Economics and law in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Krasnodar, Institute of Economics (Moscow). Partially deprived of state accreditation of Russian Institute (branch) of the Moscow humanitarian-economic University and the State Institute of economy, Finance, law and technology.

The license for the right of conducting educational activity is given to the University in the spotlight and reaffirms his right to the provision of services for the implementation of educational programs. In case of cancellation, the University is obliged to cease the educational activities.

The presence of the University of the certificate of state accreditation confirms the compliance of the activities of a higher educational institution Federal state educational standards. In the case of suspension or deprivation of the validity of the state accreditation, the University can continue to conduct educational activities and provide documents of their own pattern. At the same time, the University cannot issue diplomas of the Russian Ministry of the established sample and to guarantee students a deferment from service in the Armed forces of the Russian Federation at the call.

If suspension or revocation of the license as well as suspension or deprivation of the educational organization of the state accreditation, the founder of the University is obliged to ensure the transfer of students, with their written consent, to other higher educational institutions having the state accreditation of programs in similar areas of training with all the learning conditions (shape and course, as well as the cost of training).
