Moscow. June 30. INTERFAX.RU the Shareholders of JSC “United aircraft Corporation” (UAC) at the annual meeting on Thursday elected a new Board of Directors, the company said.
The Council, which was elected out of 12 candidates included 11 people. New Council members were nominated by the government of the Russian Federation Director of aviation industrial cluster of “Rostec”, the ex-defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “VTB Capital asset Management” Vladimir Potapov (as an independent).
Left the Board, the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov and the head of Vnesheconombank Sergey Gorkov — both this time were not made by the government.
The remaining 9 members retained seats in the Council: it is the Deputy Minister of economic development Evgeny Elin, adviser to the President of the KLA of science and technology, Boris Alyoshin, Deputy defense Minister Yuri Borisov, Deputy Minister of Finance Andrey Ivanov, the Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov, Deputy Minister of transport Valery Okulov, the President of UAC, Yuri Slusar, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Military-industrial Commission Ivan Kharchenko, the President of MC “Financial assets”, the ex-head of “Svyazinvest” Evgeny Yurchenko (as an independent).
Nominated, but not included in a Council candidate from the web, its Deputy Chairman Petr Zolotarev.
UAC was created in 2006 for the consolidation of design offices and aircraft manufacturing enterprises of Russia. In the holding: JSC “Company “Sukhoi”, JSC “Corporation “Irkut”, JSC “UAC — Transport aircraft”, JSC “Il”, JSC “Tupolev”, JSC “Aviastar-SP”, etc. On January 1, 91.2% of the shares of KLA belonged to Russia, 5,1% — to the web, 3,7% — to private shareholders.
