MOSCOW, June 19. /TASS/. Russia considers threat to connive at the attempts of Ukraine to reject the implementation of the Minsk agreements. This was stated by state Secretary, Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Grigory Karasin in connection with the statement of the Secretary of state that Moscow and Kiev “can come to an acceptable solution in some structure apart from the Minsk agreements, but subject to the indicated goals.”
